Skills and experience
Manuel holds a PhD in High Energy Physics by the University of Santiago de Compostela (Spain) and he has also completed an eMBA in Management of Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship at EPFL-HEC (Switzerland). Former CERN staff member, he has a long industry track record in managing innovation and new product development at multinational companies. He has acquired a broad technical expertise and he has published more than 100 scientific papers in domains such as theoretical physics, particle physics, materials science, energy, electronic design and engineering.
Role / Responsibilities
As Director of Technology and Engineering, Manuel is responsible for the coordination of the ADAM technical activities related to the development and construction of the LIGHT Linac.
